The International Trade Administration and/or the International Trade Commission recently announced the following actions in anti-dumping and/or countervailing duty cases. ferrovanadium – determination in a sunset review that revocation of the anti-dumping duty order on ferrovanadium from Korea would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonable period of time predictable

Flanges – determination in sunset review that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on finished carbon steel flanges from India, Italy and Spain would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of material damage within a reasonably foreseeable period

Stainless steel – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on stainless steel plate and strip from China, effective November 4

strontium chromate – 2.04% dumping margin in the preliminary results of the administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on strontium chromate from France for the period of November 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021

Threaded shaft – net subsidy rates of 5.09 to 6.42% in the final results of the administrative review of the CV duty order on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from China for the period of July 29, 2019 to December 31, 2020
